Technical and Service Support

One of the real benefits of being a Fujifilm Digital Imaging Service member is technical and service support you will receive. Technical excellence is one of the corner stones of Fujifilm’s business. The smooth running of your minilab is of paramount importance both for you and your customers and that is where technical back-up is vital.

If you have purchased a new Fujifilm Frontier Digital Minilab all your staff will get full software and operator training from day one (although purchase of a new Frontier Minilab is not a requirement of membership having a digital minilab on-site is). Once your business is up and running, all our technical and service support is only a phone call away. We will try to resolve any issues there and then, but if necessary we will make a site visit.

The final part of the jigsaw is on-going training. We can train new staff, provide refresher training for existing staff and provide training for any new equipment and software you install.

The total package is constructed for you to be working to maximum capacity all of the time.

Health and Safety

Processing and developing is still chemically based. As a user you have a "duty of care" to ensure safe use and disposal. You can be reassured once again that Fujifilm will offer the expert advice you need to ensure compliance once your business is up and running.
